It looks like William and Eleanor moved to Bolton Lancashire by 1861 where they had William and Alfred. From there they moved to Liverpool and Elizabeth was born before the journey.

You are probably aware that the Netherby was shipwrecked 1866 but all the Cubbins were saved. On the beach at King Island Netherby Victoria Louisa aka Nettie was born. There is a mention in manx notebook that she married James Cannell- search for Cannells of Collins Street.
