I am trying to find the death of one James Cottier who was married to Isabella (nee Telford) and shows in the 1881 census living in Douglas aged 61, I know that by 1891 Isabella was living with her daughter Margaret Rogers and family in Cardiff showing as a widow. I can find no trace of James' death anywhere. Also it seems like James & Isabella had a son James born in 1845 but he does not show in 1851 census so expect he died young but again no trace in IOM data I have found so far. Can anyone shed any light on either please?
