I have a relative, Philip Quirk, listed at home in Peel as a Fisherman 1881 Census.
There is also a Philip Quirk, same age, listed in Peel same Census, but on board "Ellie 60" in Ireland fising mackrel (as my relative did).
Is it likely that a Fisherman could have been listed twice, home and at sea, on the same year's Census?
