My wife's g-grandmother was Ellen Boulter from Burford, Oxfordshire. She emigrated to Pittsburgh USA sometime. Ellen's parents were Charles Boulter (b. 1851 in Burford) and Margaret Swinford (b. 1848 in Filkins, Oxfordshire).

I was not aware of an Isle of Man connection.
