Transcribing at the MM yesterday and had to look twice as I came across Horatio Nelson and his date numerals stood out to me.
Unfortunately this wasn't Horatio who was born in 1758 and won the battle of Trafalgar, but it was unusual to see his name nevertheless.

The Horatio Nelson I transcribed was born on 28 May 1857 and baptized on 17 July 1857 and was the son of Daniel Nelson (a Clerk) and Mary Bell with the address as Ayre Cottage in Bride

It amused me at the time to see my mix up of numbers but maybe something more positive can be made out of it and can help someone in their research.
