The only thing i have to go on is my grandfathers marriage certificate and you are correct as my mother told me they Lived in Clarence Gardens Everton, my Grandfather died in Singapore when he was forty.
My father Harold Joseph Shimmin was only 14 when his father died so he never knew his Grandfather and as far as i know there was no mention of a grandmother.
