Do you have any more info re: William or Elizabeth? Their children's names?
It might help to narrow down your search.

They didn't have birth certificates in that time, just christenings, usually near the time of birth.
The parish registrations are available thru the Mormons and records repositories but they really won't give you much more info than is available on the IGI for that period of time.
