My Grandfather was came from cork his name was vincent quigan that is how he spelt it in New Zealand back in Ireland it was spelt Quegan.
his Father was William Quegan b 1816 he Married Sarah Flangan they had a William b 1867 Vincent b1868 James, mary married M Loughnane, Agnes Married m Coleman, teresa b 1876 married John Barnwell. That is all the information I have from Irland at the moment.
