I have a Thomas C. Corlett who married Marion Taylor in (as far as I can gather) 1908 in Lake County USA.

Thomas was born 1871 in 'England'..while his Father and Mother were stated born in Isle of Man
in that 1930 Census, Allegheny Pensylvania.

I subsequently found his mother and he arrived in USA in 1873 ( though a bit unclear in Census)

Found his mother Annie Corlett b.1849 in 'England'
in the 1880 Pittsburg,Alleghenny, Pensylvania census where she discrbes herself as a widow of 31 years old.

Does this information ring bells anywhere? Who were Thomas' parents...and when did his father die?

Marion Corlett ms Taylor was a descendant of one of the Renfrewshire Lyle families. I may be able to answer some questions there in return?
