Any information on: 
Caesar Cowle (my gggf) of Andreas IOM married to Margaret Kermeen May 22 1858
 Father to William Cecil Cowle   b1861 married Julia Seymour 1882
G'father to Augustus Cowle b 1897 Sydney Australia

There is a reference to a Caesar Cowle in the 1845 confirmation records for Andreas: " Caesar COWLE 18 yrs Apprentice to Jho. Garrett, Blacksmith Ballacorris"  Which would make him 32 or 33 when he married if they are the same person.   Cowles seem quite a fixture around Andreas i just can't seem to get beyond Caesar.  Any help would be appreciated re the Cowles or the Kermeens.
