My father, Herbert Dawson Kelly, did a fairly complete genealogy of the Kelly family living in Peel in German parish from about 1830 on.  Prior to that, they lived on a farm, Balladda, in Patrick Parish.  It's a little difficult to tell whether or not any of this information would be helpful to you----too many John Kellys---but if you have particular questions, I'd be glad to see if the answers are in his work.
