I am still looking for info on my IOM Caine/Cain family. William Caine/Cain was born in 1844 or 1845 (Oct. 5)in Michigan. Mother and Father both from IOM, guestimate they were born around 1820 in IOM and migrated to USA sometime prior to 1844 or 1845. Believe father was William Caine/Cain have no info on mother other than she was from IOM. If any of this sounds familiar, I sure could use some help in linking to IOM. I have some knowledge that they may have come thru NY on their way to Michigan prior to 1844/1845. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
