I'm interested in finding out more about my grandfather, Harry Killen of Pulrose, who died, I believe in December 1957 having committed suicide in prison. This is a macabre interest on my part as he was in prison for attempted murder of his daughter - and this in some way made case law.
As you can imagine, nobody in my family ever mentions him, and I only found out by accident that he had been in prison.
Can anyone give me any pointers as to who I should approach for information? Or if anyone is reading this who knew the Killen Family might be able to help? Harry Killen's wife was Ada, who died last year, and the daughters were Maureen, Joyce, Janine (dec'd) and Margaret (dec'd).
Many thanks
