Yes, many, many Manx immigrated to northeastern Ohio, starting about 1826. The counties involved seemed to be primarily Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga. See Frances Coakley's website on this emigration from the Island to Ohio:

Most were from the northern parishes of the Island, and I am finding that many, many were related, many more than I had originally thought.
