The only entries re Stakweather in IGI are both submitted by a member of LDS church, neither is backed up by a reference to a parish (from 1640 few parish regs exist) - the name does not appear on Island again
My own opinion is that it is fabulous ! - unfortuneately the IGI has quite a bit of junk in it.
