my grand father apparently died in the ramsay cottage hospital-he was a mariner and was buried in liverpool on 23 sept 1942-his name was john mccarthy-andi believe he was 66 years old-can anyone give me any help on how to find out about the hospital/any records/and how i obtain his death certificate/??many thanks fwg
