How wonderful to have stumbled on this site. :) I am a second generation American. I have always been proud of my Manx heritage.

My grandmother was Leah Fayle who came to America sometime at the beginninig of the 1900's. I remember hearing that she was a dressmaker. I did not get to know her for long, but my memory of her is of a strong and proud woman.

If anyone has ever heard of her? That is probably foolish of me, but you never know.... :)
