Brian Quayle of Kirk Michael was a member of the IOMFHS some 15-20 years ago. His mother was a Cunningham of Orrisdale Railway Gatehouse, Ballaugh, and I think his grandmother was a Mylchreest of Claghbane Croft, Lonan, on the slopes above Laxey Wheel. His ancestor Matthias Mylchreest was a brother of my ancestor Isabella Mylchreest of Ballameanagh who married Wm Gell of Ballelby, Patrick.
