Thanks Brian. I've got Stowells from all over the place from IGI and am gradually looking at the microfilms at the local LDS centre to see if I can piece who belongs to whom.

I notice on your big website that you refer to a Stowell/Brown/Cosnahan IoM family tree from John A Stowell. Is that the chap who lives at 84 Harestone Hill in Caterham, Surrey? Does he have an email address?
