There are two Frank Bells showing on the 1901 census from the Isle of Man. The eldest was christened in Douglas to William Bell and Mary Ann Radcliffe 12 Jan 1868. He was listed as a Tallon Chandler in Bootle.The other Frank ,aged 13,maybe his son.
The middle name of Collester (Collister ?) may indicate a mothers maiden name.
There is a Beatrice Bell age 29 from the Isle of Man showing in Bootle, she may be connected.
