Thank you Nigel, that was very interesting especially since my mother is a Moore. So I guess Jane Gawne must have rented the farm. Jane (Radcliffe) Gawne married John Gawne (possibly in the states) and had a daughter Emma Gawne who married Henry Moore in 1871. Thanks again.
