Could someone check the 1861 census for me? I received my grandmother's marriage certificate and it gives her address as Fort St., Douglas.
Emma Gawne m. Henry Moore 25th Dec. 1871 and her father is listed as John Gawne, tailor. If the father was deceased at the time (of the wedding) would his name still be on the register?
