He is listed in IGI as the son of Edward Fleetwood and Elizabeth Heywood Ch 24 Jan 1830 at St Mathews Douglas. His mother is one of the Nunnery Heywoods and her mothers maiden name was Bacon. I'm sure you will find the story amongst the Manx Worthies on Francis Coakley's site.
