Can anybody advise me how I can check the following:
My GGGgrandmother Margaret Brew Faragher died 28th Sept 1878 at Ballajara Maghold. I cannot however find out who the house was left too, there is some sort of story about an unsigned will, but who knows!! At the present I believe the property is being lived in and it is called Briar Bank, so I do not know how the law stands for me to delve into this matter. If, however, anybody has information regarding the above I would be most pleased to hear.
