Frances Coakley: I would like to ask a question on the possabillty of moving to the IOM as a trade with a family for 6 months. My wife fell in love with England and Scotland after taking a 2 week vacation there in 1999.

I was station at Ruislep Air Base, Middlesex, during 1964-1967 and had son born in the UK by my first marriage. So I know somewhat of the life style of Britian.

I have been asking questions from other family members if they thought someone in the IOM would consider trading home's for a while. This is just a leading question do you think this is possible?
