Could some kind person please point me in the right direction.
My 2 x great grandfather Francis Woodcock was a photographer on Douglas head. Francis died in 1915 age 75 yrs.
His obituary points out that he took an interest in municipal politics "and on one occasion he unsuccessfully sought election as a representative of the St George's ward to the Douglas town council".

Recent information from an elderly reletive is that there is a photograph of Francis in connection with the above information.
I would love a photograph of Francis, could anyone tell me who I could write to please so that I may purchase this photograph.
