We are descended from William Kewish, B 1788, Lez, and Catherine Cowley, 1801 Lez, through their eldest son, William B 1837 Lez who married Elizabeth Quayle, the grand daughter of Thomas Quayle and Elinor Grimshaw Married 4 March 1810, of Kirk Michael.
The senior William is the son of Michael Kewish B 1747 Lez, and Anne Wade.
