I am trying to find out if this is my Charlotte A. STEPHEN. I can not find a record of their marriage on the Isle of Man or in Lancashire in the IGI. I can not find the births or christenings of Henry D. and Anna M. in Lancashire on the IGI. I wrote the General Register Office at Merseyside asking for a birth certificate for Henry D. Brown and nothing was found. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHERE I SHOULD GO FROM HERE?
