It was the Nicholson that cought my attention in your message but that is probably not relevent. I do not have any Curpheys in my tree so far but I am sure there are some Gellings somewhere, I wondered though how far your Nicholson name goes back, in brief my gg grandfather Thomas Cain married a Sarah
Nicholson, they lived in West Derby Liverpool around 1846, should there be any connection please let me know.
The Gelling connection as far as I know was only on the Isle of Man and was in some way linked to the Leece-Kermode family.
