Please can anyone help me. I am at a complete losss at trying to trace both Patrick Clifford and Patrick Cunningham. Here goes with the little information I have.
Patrick Cunningham (my great grandfather)All I know is he was married to Mary Ann Clifford and they had children Patrick, John Mary Ellen and Jane. He was born around 1862 in IOM, and his parents were Irish I think, there is also a death for him detailed in Braddan on 8 August 1889, but his age is given as 49, when he only would have been 27. How can I find out how he died? Seems very young. I know this death is the right one as my great grandmother remarried Thomas Edward Creer. Can anyone HELP PLEASE.

Patrick Clifford. Patrick Clifford brne Ireland, wife Jane, born Ireland, I think (dont know Janes maiden name). Children Catherine born Ireland, and Mary Ann born 1864 Isle of Man. In the census of 1871 Jane Clifford is detailed as widow aged 38 with daughter Catherine 11, Mary Ann aged 7. Yet in the 1881 census I have been advised there was only one Clifford on the island and that was Mary Ann aged 17 working as servant at the Shakespeare Hotel, Victoria St. Douglas. What happened to Patrick Clifford, and where did Jane and Catherine disapper to in the 1881 census? PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME'
