Hi,
I found a death registration which has the following added note written in the margin:
"Cert 1 granted to Ann Caley per Richard Pass February 17,1879.
Sum claimed h 22:16:0"

Can someone tell me what this means? Perhaps I should mention that Richard Pass was the informant (February 17, 1879) of the death. I'm particularly interested in knowing what h 22:16:0 means. If it's the time, isn't 10:16 p.m. a strange hour to be doing business?
