I'm not really sure but probably not. My grandmother's twin sister was married to Charles Douglas Moore (b.1885, Douglas, IOM). I'm not sure when they moved to Toronto, Canada but it would have been (I'm guessing) after 1910. I haven't been able to trace back further on the Moore side so I don't know if there is a relationship. Perhaps you have Charles Douglas Moore on your tree?
