Very many thanks for your info, Brian! Her mother's name before she married was Kelly. Maybe she was born before the wedding! This gives me something to go on. Would it be too much trouble to look up the addresses of the two Kezias? (and names of the families she was living with? ) If so, don't worry. I'll do it next time I visit the Family Record Centre or the I of Man!
