Looking for informatin and history on Albert Garrett(?) of Ramsey. Albert ramsey is beleived to have had 2 brothers Wilfrid and Earnest and one sister Christina. Chistina Garrett (born in Liverpool) married John Earnest Collister of Douglas and had one son. John Sylvester Collister.
