While going through some of my grandfathers and great aunts old papers I came across a flyer and membership tickets from the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Can anyone tell me anything about these tickets one is dated December 1891 the other is March, 1900. They seem to be issued by the Wesleyan Church, Victoria Street. I assume this is in Braddan as they were living there at the time or possibly Douglas. Is this Church still there?
I also have a flyer for a "Watchnight Service" at the Rose Mount Wesleyan Church. Where the Rev. J.R.Ellis was preaching on the subject of "TRAA-DY-LIOOAR". Does anyone know anything about the Rose Mount Church? - Where was it located? - Is it still standing?
