A neighbour has approached me today. She informs me that a friend of hers lived in New Zealand some years ago. He had a young family. Through circumstances he returned to the UK, and has now returned to the Island. He lost contact with his children some years ago. Can anyone out there please inform me how my neighbour can best go about trying to locate her friend’s children for him. She is on the computer, so e-mail addresses would probably be the most useful.
