I am looking for any information available about my father's father, William Wallace Hughes, (b.~1885)who was either from, or lived on IOM before WWI. He emigrated to the U.S. (through Wales & Canada) with his friend George Stark prior to 1917. Wallace is believed to be a family name (three generations previous).
