After searching the 1889 census address I have found a relative John Quayle laborer, living at 19 Mill street. Were these houses own by the Mill owner, as none of them seem to be owned by the people who live in them. Where was the mill as I cannot find one on a map, and what did it make. Any information welcome thank you.
