I live in Canada and my grandmother was Daisy Joughin. Her father my great-grandfather's name was Clucas Joughin and I do believe he was a member of the government. She moved to Canada along with her mother,brothers and sister. I would enjoy hearing from anyone who knows of this branch of the family. Thank you.
