I'm not related to any Laces but I have a copy of my g.grandfather's first marriage certificate and his first wife was a Louisa Lace. They married in Sept 1873, she was a minor spinster, her father James Lace a Labourer of Barrack Street, Douglas. By 1880 Louisa had died.
