My brother and I are researching the first indepth history of this unique manx unit.The manx service Company were formed in March 1915 and after training in England they sailed to the Balkans in early 1916.The unit fought against the Bulgars although the main enemy was disease, and were in the defence of Salonika before moving inland to join the main Allied front line. We would like to hear from anyone who had family members that served in this very special manx unit.
